By browsing plannao, creating an account, confirming tickets, or submitting an event, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notes. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

plannao helps people across Bangladesh find events and helps organizers publish listings after review. We aim for clarity and trust; we do not guarantee every night will go exactly as described by a host.

Visitor and organizer accounts are separate and need different emails. Role is chosen at sign-up only. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may sign in and browse, and visitors may save events, before confirming your email. Ticket confirms, reminders, and organizer event submit require a confirmed email.

Optional authenticator protection is available for visitors and organizers. Staff accounts are created by the platform owner and are not offered on the public sign-up page.

Visitors may browse public listings, save events, confirm free spots when available, and obtain tickets when the listing allows it. Confirmed plans and tickets appear in My Plans.

Event details — time, venue, capacity, and price — can change. Always check the listing before you go. A direct link to an ended event may still open; ended events are removed from normal discovery.

Add to calendar opens a prefilled calendar entry you must save yourself, and may offer a downloadable calendar file for published events that have not been removed.

Organizers may draft events, upload a required cover photo, set venues and ticket types, and submit for review. Listings go live only after approval. Provide accurate venue, timing, pricing, capacity, and descriptions.

Organizer profiles require a company or brand name and logo upload. Paid sales, when enabled, may include a platform commission shown in your organizer tools. Door check-in is for valid tickets on your events; each ticket unit is meant to be scanned once.

Completed events become read-only for edits except sales history. We may ask for changes, unpublish, or remove listings that break these Terms or put visitors at risk.

Free confirms create a spot and ticket record in My Plans without a card charge. When online payment is on, paid tickets are charged through our payment partner in ৳. While online payment is paused, the event page will say whether you can still confirm without a card charge.

Tickets are for the named event and ticket type. Refunds, transfers, and door policies are set by the organizer unless we state otherwise for a platform error. Contact the host for event-day issues first; contact us if the platform itself failed.

Do not post misleading, unlawful, hateful, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass review, invent capacity, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with other people’s accounts or tickets.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant plannao a license to host, display, and promote that content as needed to run discovery and ticketing across Bangladesh.

plannao provides the discovery and planning platform. Organizers are responsible for their events, venues, and what happens on the night. We review listings for clarity and safety signals; review is not a guarantee of quality or legality.

The service is provided as available. We may change features, pause paid checkout, or take listings down when needed for safety, abuse, or operations. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed nights, or organizer cancellations beyond what applicable law requires.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms for that use. Material changes may also be noted by email when we have your address.
